On December 23, 2014, Finance Minister Dinh Tien Dung signed Decision No. 3300/QD-BTC, Decision No. 3299/QD - BTC awarded Certificates of Merit to 13 collectives and 135 individuals under the General Department of Customs. and 03 enterprises have had outstanding achievements as well as cooperation in the process of successfully receiving, implementing and operating the VNACCS/VCIS automatic customs clearance system.
Over the past 2 years, units in the Customs industry have made serious and thoughtful preparations to officially implement the VNACCS/VCIS system.
Up to now, the system has been deployed nationwide (at 100% of Customs Department and Customs Sub-Department). The system implementation is carried out according to the schedule set out according to the plan. Businesses have quickly approached the new system and the customs clearance has gradually stabilized to ensure the proper performance of the State management function of the Customs.
The project is implemented to contribute to ensuring the successful implementation of the financial - budgetary tasks of the Finance sector and to facilitate the activities of the business community.
Especially, during the past time, many collectives, officers and employees of Customs have made great efforts and determination to overcome difficulties with a responsible, dedicated and creative working attitude, contributing to the success of the Customs. for system implementation.
In order to promptly encourage and encourage the spirit of collectives, cadres, civil servants and businesses, the Minister of Finance awarded Certificates of Merit to 13 collectives, 135 individuals, and 03 enterprises.
Among the collectives awarded the Certificate of Merit can be mentioned: Department of Information Technology and Customs Statistics, Department of Management Supervision, Department of International Cooperation, Customs Departments of provinces, Ho Chi Minh City, and Ha Noi. Noi, Bac Ninh, Da Nang, Dong Nai.
03 enterprises awarded the Certificate of Merit are: FSE - FPT Information System Co., Ltd., CMC Software Solutions Co., Ltd., Thai Son Technology Development Joint Stock Company.
