On August 18, 2014, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 111/2014/TT-BTC amending the export tax rates for some rubber products of heading 40.01, 40.02 and 40.05 specified in the original Export Tariff. issued together with Circular No. 164/2013/TT-BTC dated November 15, 2013.
Accordingly, all rubber products in heading 40.01, 40.02 and 40.05 in the Export Tariffs promulgated together with Circular No. 164/2013/TT-BTC dated November 15, 2013 of the Minister of Finance now have tax rate is 0%.
Previously, the export tax rate of these items was 1%.
The Circular takes effect from October 2, 2014.
