The Ministry of Finance has just issued Decision No. 272/QD-BTC dated February 11, 2014 on the publication of the list of legal documents promulgated by the Ministry of Finance or in conjunction with other ministries and branches promulgated. force, of which 13 legal documents in the field of customs have expired, including:

1/ Decision No. 230/2000/QD-TCHQ dated 12/7/2000 of the General Department of Customs promulgating the Regulation on management and use of weapons and supporting tools in the Customs sector; Decision 1473/2002/QD-TCHQ on the form of customs professional seal issued by the Director of the General Department of Customs (validated on February 25, 2013)

2/ Decision No. 1473/2002/QD-TCHQ dated May 24, 2003 of the General Department of Customs on the form of customs professional seal (validated on January 1, 2013);

3/ Circular No. 115/2005/TT-BTC dated December 16, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 156/2005/ND-CP of December 15, 2005 amending and supplementing Decrees detailing the implementation of the Law on Special Consumption Tax and the Law on Value Added Tax (which expires on June 4, 2007);

4/ Circular No. 222/2009/TT-BTC dated November 25, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the pilot of electronic customs procedures (expired on January 1, 2013);

5/Circular No. 63/2011/TT-BTC dated May 13, 2001 of the Ministry of Finance stipulating the pilot application of priority regime in the state management of customs for eligible enterprises effective August 12, 2013);

6/Circular No. 105/2011/TT-BTC dated 12/7/2011 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 63/2011/TT-BTC dated 13/5/2011 of the Ministry of Finance regulations on the pilot application of priority regimes in the field of customs state management to eligible enterprises (expired on August 12, 2013);

7/ Circular No. 62/2012/TT-BTC dated April 17, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance stipulating customs procedures for petrol and oil of origin purchased from abroad and temporarily imported for use as a swap. petrol and oil purchased from Dung Quat oil refinery and re-exported to Laos (expired on January 1, 2013);

8/ Circular No. 92/2010/TT-BTC dated June 17, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance guiding procedures for tax payment extension and VAT refund for specialized equipment, machinery and means of transport. used in technological lines and construction materials that cannot be produced domestically and need to be imported to create fixed assets of enterprises (expired on November 1, 2013);

9/ Circular No. 28/2013/TT-BTC dated March 15, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance adjusting the import tax rate of used passenger cars specified in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision 36/2011/QD - TTg dated June 29, 2011 of the Prime Minister (expired on June 20, 2013);

10/ Circular No. 120/2009/TT-BTC dated June 16, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the Regulation on tax-free business, issued together with Decision No. 24/2009/QD-TTg dated 17/ 2/2009 of the Prime Minister on the promulgation of regulations on business and sale of tax-free goods (expired on December 8, 2013);

11/ Circular No. 126/2011/TT-BTC dated September 7, 2011 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 165/2010/TT-BTC dated October 26, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance providing customs procedures for export, import, temporary import for re-export, border-gate transfer of petrol and oil; import raw materials for production and preparation of petrol and oil; processing petroleum for export (expired on November 25, 2013);
