The General Department of Customs has just issued Decision No. 381/QD-TCHQ dated February 13, 2015 recognizing the location of gathering and inspecting import and export goods at the border at Loc Thinh border gate, Binh Phuoc province.
The place for gathering and inspecting import and export goods at the border at Loc Thinh border gate has an area of 20,000 m2 owned by Hung Vuong Company Limited.
At the same time, this location is subject to the inspection, control and supervision of Binh Phuoc Customs Department.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
In the course of operation, if violating the customs law and other relevant laws, the Director of the above company must be held responsible before the law and the General Department of Customs will revoke this Decision.
