On February 9, 2015, the General Department of Customs held an online conference to train the Customs Law 2014 and guiding documents at the headquarters of the General Department. The conference was streamed live to the online teleconference points of 33 Customs Departments of provinces and cities across the country.
The training conference took place in 2 days, 9-10/2/2015, with the participation of departments and agencies under the General Department and 34 Customs Departments of provinces and cities.
The conference focused on introducing the basic contents of legal documents, including: Law on Customs 2014, Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP dated January 21, 2015 detailing a number of articles. of the Law on Customs on customs procedures, inspection, supervision and control; The Circular provides for customs procedures, customs inspection and supervision, export tax, import tax and tax administration for exported and imported goods; The Circular replaces Circular No. 49/2010/TT-BTC guiding the classification and application of tax rates to imported and exported goods; The Circular replaces Circular No. 205/2010/TT-BTC and Circular No. 29/2014/TT-BTC on customs valuation.
These are the contents to comply with the provisions of the Directive of the General Department of Customs on the implementation of the Customs Law 2014 and the Plan on law dissemination and education for Customs officers, propaganda and support. providing information support for customs declarants and taxpayers in 2015.
