​On May 20, 2015, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 78/2015/TT-BTC, which reduced import tax rates for some petroleum products in group 27.10.

Specifically, from May 21, 2015, the preferential import tax rates for gasoline and oil products are adjusted as follows: kerosene is reduced from 20% to 13%; madut oil: reduced from 13% to 10%; diesel, biodiesel (B5, B10) reduced from 12% to 10%.

RON92/95 gasoline, bio-fuel (E5, E10): remain at 20%; jet fuel, jet fuel: remain at 10%.
This Circular replaces Circular No. 61/2015/TT-BTC dated April 27, 2015 of the Minister of Finance.
