On August 1, 2014, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Circular No. 18/TT-NHNN guiding the importation of goods under the specialized management of the State Bank of Vietnam.
This Circular publishes the list of goods with HS codes of goods subject to the specialized management of the State Bank, and at the same time guides the import licensing procedures and the conditions and procedures for appointing enterprises to be allowed to import. goods listed above.
Specifically, vault doors (Chapter 83, Group 03, Subheading 00) are items on the list of goods requiring import permits, provided that they conform to the technical standards prescribed by the State Bank.
The vault door import license is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Circular 18/TT-NHNN takes effect from September 15, 2014, replacing Circular No. 04/2006/TT-NHNN dated July 3, 2006 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 12/2006/ND - CP dated 23/01/2006.
