Facilitating business at Van Phong Petroleum Bonded Warehouse

​On January 7, 2015, the Ministry of Finance instructed Customs Departments of provinces and cities to continue piloting operations at Van Phong Petroleum Bonded Warehouse.

Specifically, in order to facilitate business activities of enterprises at Van Phong Petroleum Bonded Warehouse, the Ministry of Finance proposed that the Customs Departments of provinces and cities continue to follow the guidance in Circular No. 88/ 2013/TT-BTC dated June 28, 2013.

Circular No. 88/2013/TT-BTC guiding the piloting of customs procedures for import and export activities of petrol and oil, raw materials for making petrol and oil; activities of mixing and transferring petrol and oil at Van Phong petroleum bonded warehouse.

The contents of this Circular will continue to be implemented until the Ministry of Finance issues the replacement Circular.

Previously, on November 24, 2014, the Prime Minister issued Official Letter No. 2346/TTg-KTTH on extending the pilot operation of Van Phong Petroleum Bonded Warehouse.
