On November 4, 2014, the Ministry of Finance issued Official Letter No. 16036/BTC-TCHQ agreeing with the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province to announce that 4 sub-border gates in Tay Ninh province are allowed to re-export goods.

The auxiliary border gates in this list are: Chang Riec (Tan Bien district), Ka Tum and Vac Sa (Tan Chau district), Phuoc Tan (Chau Thanh district).

According to Tay Ninh Customs Department, at the auxiliary border gates in Tay Ninh province, the conditions have been met according to Circular 94/2014/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance and Circular 05/2014/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Finance. Industry and Trade, there are enough specialized control agencies and technical facilities to ensure the management of state agencies.

The Ministry of Finance proposed the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province to continue investing in upgrading, renovating and expanding traffic roads to auxiliary border gates, building material and technical foundations for functional forces to ensure the management . The Provincial People's Committee, based on the opinions of the branches and current regulations, determines the boundaries and specific scope of the border gate area to announce and implement.
